From personal passion to coaching
I haven’t always been a coach. For years I worked in a long‑term office job, spending most of my days at a desk and trying to fit movement into whatever time I had left. Training was my outlet: over the years I’ve spent time in powerlifting, calisthenics, running, bodybuilding, hiking, and climbing. Each phase taught me something different about strength, discipline, and what it really takes to keep showing up when life is busy.
Over time, that personal passion turned into a love for coaching: explaining the “why”, demoing the “how”, and watching people realise they’re stronger and more capable than they thought. Helping someone else experience that confidence is the best part of what I do.
Now I help people build strength that actually fits their lives, while I keep training for my own future “old lady” body. The goal isn’t to become a different person, but to feel more at home, capable, and confident in your body for the long term.
You’ll probably feel at home with me if:
You want strength, energy, and confidence more than fitness‑model photos.
You want the kind of strength that benefits real life activites.
You’re managing pain, old injuries, or just feel “stuck” in your body.
You like honesty, warmth, and a coach who keeps things human, not hardcore.
You want a plan that respects your schedule, your nervous system, and your recovery.
Are we a good fit?
Next step
If you’re curious about working together, your next step is simple: book a chat. We’ll talk through your goals, your history, and what kind of support would actually feel doable for you.
From there, we decide together whether coaching is the right fit — no pressure, just a clear conversation about what you need.
