I’m Sarah, an in-person coach based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. I help regular people achieve their fitness goals with structured, science-based strength training that works with their body boundaries.

I have a lifelong passion for health and fitness, having participated in running, weightlifting, bodybuilding as well as hiking and climbing, and I bring that practical experience into coaching.
