My Story

I haven’t alway’s been a coach.

“I spent many years in the corporate world, but fitness and the outdoors were always the things that made me feel most like me.”

“I started my personal training career at Nuffield Health, where I learned a lot about rehab, pain-aware training, and coaching people with health conditions to move better and feel more confident. That experience shaped how I coach now: strong fundamentals, smart progress, and training that respects where you’re starting from.”

“The decision to go solo was an obvious next step, it meant I could branch out into area’s that were more aligned with my own experiences. I have a lifelong passion for health and fitness, having participated in running, weightlifting, and climbing , and I bring that practical experience into coaching.”

“I believe training should be fun, progressive, and sustainable — focused on small wins, consistent effort, and long-term change. Sharing the wins is the best part of what i do.”
