This is a 4 week block of coached boxing padwork sessions delivered in a small group (maximum of 12 participants) built to make you fitter, sharper, and more confident—fast. You’ll learn solid technique (stance, guard, footwork, punches) and then put it into action with pad rounds and punch combos, finishing with a short conditioning hit.
