Boxing Fitness Class (Beginner Friendly — No Sparring)

This is a 4 week block of coached boxing padwork sessions delivered in a small group (maximum of 12 participants) built to make you fitter, sharper, and more confident—fast. You’ll learn solid technique (stance, guard, footwork, punches) and then put it into action with pad rounds and punch combos, finishing with a short conditioning hit.

Expect:

  • Clear coaching and technique cues throughout

  • Pad rounds with structured combos

  • A full-body sweat (legs + core included)

  • A supportive vibe—no ego, no sparring

Perfect for you if you want:

  • Cardio that isn’t boring

  • Better coordination, stamina, and strength

  • Stress relief and a confidence boost

  • Boxing skills that improve week to week

What to bring: trainers, water, and a willingness to work. Gloves Provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
