**Ski trip booked… but not ski‑fit yet?**
If your legs usually give up by lunchtime or you’re nervous about day one on the slopes, this is for you.
**6‑week Hybrid Ski‑Season Coaching programme to get you ready for the mountain with a mix of guided and independent training.
Each week you’ll have:
- **1 in‑person 1:1 session**
- **2 independent sessions**, programmed for you with clear instructions
- add in **1 steady‑state cardio session** to build your engine for longer days on the slopes
**We’ll focus on Leg and Core strength, Functional Movement, Plyometrics and boosting VO2 Max**
This hybrid programme is designed to help you:
- Build strong legs and core for confident turns
- Improve balance and control on uneven, icy snow
- Support your knees and hips with joint‑friendly training
- Feel fitter so you can enjoy run after run without burning out early
**Who it’s for:**
Adult skiers and boarders from “not very fit (yet)” to “ready to push for more” who like a mix of coaching and independence.
